CHARCOAL GRILL
Spray rack with non-stick cooking spray while charcoal pre-heats for 30 minutes.
Cook for 10- 15 minutes or until fajitas reach 165° F. (Flip Fajitas every 5 -10 minutes).
After fully cooked, Cut across the grain into half-inch strips.

GAS GRILL
Pre-Heat to 325° F. Let it Sizzle. Cook for 10-15 Minutes or until the fajitas reach 165° F (Flip Fajitas every 5 -10 minutes). After fully cooked, cut across the grain into half-inch strips.

STOVE TOP
Spray skillet with non-stick cooking spray and heat on medium high for 2-3 minutes.
Cut Fajitas into half-inch strips. Cook covered stirring every 2-3 minutes until the fajitas have reached 165° F.
