Mama Julia was raised in a small town in Mexico, where her love for cooking began in her abuela's kitchen. From deseeding chiles to hand wrapping tamales in corn husks, every moment was filled with tradition, family, and flavor. Now living in Texas, Mama Julia still cooks the way her abuela taught her. Always using real ingredients, bold spices, and recipes passed down through generations.
